One of the most authentic Hong Kong fusion restaurant (Cha Chaan Teng) in SF!
The baked pork chop in tomato sauce with fried rice is legit (but with pineapple ?)
The curry beef brisket rice noodle roll is a must try -

Gather together children, and let me tell you a story about BIG SAMMY (not his real name). BIG SAMMY is the waiter who works here and singlehandedly serves the whole restaurant by himself. Moving from table to table like a lumbering but smooth elephant, he tries his best to keep up with all the customers despite his lack of speed. Being a former server, I already admire his effort.
The restaurant itself is like walking into a Hong Kong comic book. So fun looking at all the weird stuff.
Now, THE FOOD. Bros, you gotta know what to order. Cause if you order right, it tastes right. Get the Taiwanese deep fried pork chop with minced beef and rice. Yum yum. Next check out the baked seafood with cream. Comes out piping hot. My dad used to make a dish like this and it's basically really good bad spaghetti. Hit me in the feels. Lastly the spicy numbing yam noodle soup. Reminds me of the food stands in HK. The girls next to us got this Jasmine fruit infused tea where it comes out with a glass tea kettle thing that looked pretty sick. I would like to try that next time.
You guys are fools if you expect the best food in the world. But ey, you want some good ol hk cafe food, they do a good job. Just know what to order. Ask BIG SAMMY if you're not sure. -

It was my first time coming here with my family and so we ordered the Hainan Chicken Rice, Noodles, and Teppanyaki Beef with Rice. The Hainan Chicken looked like they bought it from a store outside but the Teppanyaki Beef with Rice had really chewy pieces of beef and the rice was super hard as if it was undercooked. Afterwards of somewhat eating what I could on the plate I got a stomach ache from the food.
Would not recommend coming here if you're looking for a Cantonese styled cafe. Not the best I've had. -

Hang Out Spot is a decent azn food spot in the Sunset district. The restaurant is fairly large and colorful with large ceilings. Their large menu is pretty overwhelming. It took quiet a while for us to decide what we wanted to order.
For our appetizer, we ordered the fried garlic chicken wings. Surprisingly, the wings are pretty bomb. It had the perfect crunch and the wings had just the perfect amount of sauce on them. My favorite of the was the taiwanese chicken and rice. The chicken could have been breaded more but it was nicely done and I love the minced pork over the rice. The spicy beef noodle soup was great as well. It is actually pretty spicy so beware. The hainan chicken was just okay. The ginger sauce is really good with it.
I ordered the mango bingsu for dessert and this was really good. For $9, I think its really worth it. It's comparable to OH Dessert Cafe and cheaper without the wait.
A lot of reviews mention the bad service, but it's a azn restaurant so I don't expect much. The service was decent and the owner was friendly and helpful when I was there. I'd come back for their bingsus. -

I came here a few weeks ago with my family. The décor here is very fun and reminds me of Hong Kong. Their menu is also very colorful, and they have an overwhelming amount of items on it.
We ordered four of their noodle dishes and their Friday special (chicken). The portion sizes are pretty big, but overall, the food was alright. The beef tendon was cooked perfectly, it came out warm and soft. My only complaint about the food was that everything was too salty and I wished the laksa noodles were spicy.
